Hardware & IoT Lab
One roof for the whole device: schematics and PCB design, C++ firmware, prototyping, assembly and the FCC/CE/UL/RoHS testing path — our hardware lab in Chisinau, Moldova, wired directly to the Fluvius software teams that build the cloud, apps and AI behind every connected product.
The free 30-minute session takes your device idea or stalled hardware project and maps it across the four lab services honestly. You keep the map either way.
Why devices need one roof
Four vendors, one device, endless seams
A design bureau, a firmware contractor, an assembler and an app agency — each excellent, none accountable for the device. Every integration issue crosses a company boundary and a billing dispute. The lab exists to delete those boundaries.
Hardware iterates at shipping speed
When every revision travels between countries, a product learns six lessons a year. With design, assembly and test at one bench, the loop closes in days — and learning speed is what hardware budgets actually buy.
The software half arrives as an afterthought
Devices live or die on their fleet backend, app and update system — built last, by whoever is left. Here the software half is not a subcontract: it is the other half of the same company.
Certification discovered at the end
FCC, CE, UL and RoHS planned from the schematic are checklists; discovered at the end they are redesigns. The lab runs pre-compliance at the bench as the device matures.
One roof: circuit to cloud.
The four services under this roof
Embedded Firmware
C++ for machines that cannot fail — tunnel-boring machine control, firmware for a novel power station for PV systems, a smart-workspace sensor line — with hardware-in-the-loop test rigs and safe OTA update paths.
You get: Embedded Firmware →
Hardware & PCB Design
Schematics, layout, enclosure — designed beside the firmware team, with sourcing risk and EMC handled at the bench, before they become schedule events.
You get: Hardware & PCB Design →
IoT & Edge AI
Connected devices with on-device intelligence and the fleet backend behind them — sense on the device, decide at the edge, learn in the cloud.
You get: IoT & Edge AI →
Prototyping, Assembly & Testing
Prototype builds with bring-up records, small batches with functional test on every unit, and the certification path to FCC, CE, UL and RoHS.

How it works
Concept review
The device against physics, market and certification reality — with the riskiest assumption named.
Design and prototype
Board, firmware and enclosure designed together; prototypes assembled and exercised at the same bench.
Pilot batch and software
Tested small series from the lab while the fleet backend and app land from the software teams.
Certify and scale
Accredited-lab testing prepared from the bench; volume manufacturing handover when the numbers call for it.
Hardware budgets buy learning speed. When the bench and the design desk share a room, a lesson costs days.
Proof, not claims
Shipped devices stand behind the roof — energy, sensors and heavy industry.
A sensor platform through the whole lab
Designed, assembled, tested and shipped — with its firmware, app and backend from the same company. The one-roof argument, as a product.
Control software for tunnel-boring machinery
The industrial-discipline end of the record — firmware for machines where a fault stops a crew.
Design, firmware, assembly and test share one roof — so a hardware lesson costs days, and the software half of every device is built by the same company.
Every unit leaves the lab through a fixture that exercises what it actually does — and its results are on record.
Bring the device, leave with the map
One 30-minute session with an engineer who has shipped devices: your idea or stalled project mapped across design, firmware, assembly and certification — with the first phase scoped in writing and priced before anything starts.
Already mid-project with another vendor? The lab also does second-opinion design reviews — findings in writing, discreetly.
Clients also buy
Embedded Firmware
C++ firmware for machines that cannot fail — tunnel-boring machine control, solar power stations, industrial sensors.
IoT & Edge AI
Connected devices with on-device intelligence — from sensors to smart power stations, hardware and cloud in one team.
Hardware & PCB Design
Schematics, PCB layout and enclosure design from our hardware lab in Chisinau, Moldova.
Software eats the world; somebody still has to solder it. We do both — that is the lab’s whole thesis.
The questions buyers actually ask
What exactly is under the one roof?
Our hardware lab in Chisinau, Moldova: schematic and PCB design, enclosure design, prototype and small-batch assembly, functional testing, and preparation for FCC/CE/UL/RoHS certification — plus C++ firmware engineering, wired to the Fluvius software teams for cloud, apps and AI.
Why does the software connection matter for a hardware lab?
Because a connected device is half software: fleet backend, OTA updates, companion app, data pipeline. When those come from the same company as the board, the seams that sink device projects simply do not exist.
Do you take on manufacturing at volume?
The lab carries products through prototypes, pilot runs and small series with per-unit testing; at real volume we hand a proven design package and test standard to a volume manufacturer and stay on for quality oversight. The point is that you arrive at that handover with a device that has already learned its lessons.
Can you rescue a stalled hardware project?
Yes — the same take-over discipline as our software rescues: a design and firmware review with findings in writing, then stabilisation in order of risk. Stalled device projects usually need an integration owner more than they need new ideas.
What certifications can you prepare for?
FCC, CE, UL and RoHS — designed for from the schematic, pre-checked at the bench, documented as the device matures, and tested at accredited labs. Planned early, certification is a checklist; that is how we plan it.
How does a project start?
With the free 30-minute review, then a fixed-price first phase — typically the riskiest-assumption prototype or a design review — priced in writing. Hardware budgets stay sane when they are approved one learning at a time.
