What quantities do you assemble?
Prototypes through pilot runs to small series — tens to hundreds of units, each functionally tested. When volumes outgrow the lab, we hand a proven design package and test standard to a volume manufacturer and stay on for quality oversight.
Can you assemble a design we did elsewhere?
Yes — after a manufacturability review of the files, which regularly catches issues cheaper to fix before solder: missing test points, unsourceable parts, footprint mismatches. Findings come in writing either way.
What does "tested" actually mean here?
A purpose-built fixture exercises each unit’s real functions — power rails, radio, sensors, interfaces — against defined pass criteria, and every unit’s results are recorded. A batch from us is data plus devices, not devices alone.
How does FCC/CE/UL/RoHS certification work with you?
We design and prepare for it: pre-compliance checks at the bench, the documentation package, and devices readied for accredited-lab testing. Planned from the start, certification becomes a checklist rather than a cliff — that is the service.
