Full-Stack Web Development
Full-stack web development from senior engineers who own the whole build — React or Vue in front, Node, Python or PHP behind, the database, the infrastructure and the tests. AI tooling makes the same scope take fewer hours; the quality is verifiable: 100% Job Success on Upwork across ten years and 200+ clients.
The free 30-minute session looks at what you want built — or what you already have — and gives you an honest read on scope, stack and sequencing. You keep the notes either way.
The web-build conversations we keep having
Two agencies, one product, no owner
A frontend shop, a backend contractor, and an integration seam nobody owns. Every bug becomes a negotiation about whose side it is on. Full-stack ownership exists precisely so the seam has one accountable team.
The quote was attractive; the codebase was the price
The cheap build shipped, then every change started taking three weeks. No tests, no documentation, a framework version already out of support. The second build always costs more than the first would have, done properly.
The product outgrew the person who built it
A capable freelancer carried the product to real revenue — and is now the single point of failure for deploys, fixes and knowledge. What is needed is a team with process, without losing what that person knows.
AI made everyone faster, including the careless
Prototype speed is no longer scarce; production judgment is. The differentiator now is verification — tests, review, security checks — applied to code however it was written. That is our default, and it shows in the record.
The web changed frameworks four times in ten years. The discipline that survived every change: architecture first, tests always, one team owning the whole.
What you get
The product, end to end
Frontend, backend, database, integrations, infrastructure — designed together, by one team, with system design signed off by a senior architect before development starts.
You get: a working product with architecture documentation, not just features.
Verifiable engineering quality
Tests as part of every deliverable, structured code review, CI/CD from week one, and a repo history you can audit. Quality claims you can check beat quality claims.
You get: a codebase your next hire will thank you for.
AI leverage under discipline
Advanced Claude Code workflows in experienced hands — the same scope in fewer hours, with every change reviewed, security-checked and tested before it reaches you.
You get: senior output at a pace mixed teams struggle to match.
Everything in your name
Your repos, your cloud accounts, your credentials from day one. Documentation and handover are deliverables, and nothing about the engagement makes leaving hard.
You get: full ownership of code, infrastructure and knowledge.
How it works
Scope and architecture
What we are building, in writing: the plan, the stack, the risks, the sequence. A senior architect signs the design.
First working slice
A thin end-to-end version — real screen, real API, real deploy — so integration risk dies early instead of late.
Build in weekly increments
Working software every week, demos on a cadence, tests and review on every change. Scope adjustments happen in daylight.
Launch and run
Production launch with monitoring and runbooks, then ongoing development on a monthly model if you want the same team to continue.
One team, the whole stack, in writing.
Proof, not claims
A decade of shipped web products, three of them below — and a record you can check on Upwork and Clutch.
Real-estate management, end to end
Property, tenants and operations in one platform — a data-heavy product where the schema decisions of week one still hold years later.
Location intelligence with heavy data
Geospatial analytics in the browser — the kind of product where frontend performance and backend aggregation must be designed as one system.
One senior full-stack team has carried products from first commit to years of production — the longest client relationships run 7+ years straight.
“Clean code, clear documentation, great communication and able to work well with a minimal brief and a constantly changing UX design.”
Fluvius was founded by two engineers in 2017. The standards were set by people who read the diffs — and still do.
Scope your build on a free session
One 30-minute session with an engineer: what you want built, an honest read on scope and stack, and the shape of a first fixed-scope phase. The plan and the number come in writing before you commit to anything.
Bringing an existing codebase? We read code before we quote — the first phase is often a short audit that de-risks everything after it.
Clients also buy
Product Engineering Team
A smaller senior team that ships the same roadmap — AI-tooled engineers at roughly 40% less than the in-house math.
UI/UX & Product Design
Design systems and conversion-focused product design for the AI era — interfaces engineers can build from.
DevOps & Cloud Engineering
CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability and cloud spend that stops surprising you.
Weekly demos, working software every increment, and a written handoff waiting at the start of your day — EU hours, US-morning overlap.
The questions buyers actually ask
Which stack do you build on?
React, Next.js, TypeScript and Vue on the front; Node.js, Python and PHP with PostgreSQL or MongoDB behind; AWS or DigitalOcean underneath. The choice is driven by your product and your hiring market, and it is justified in writing in the architecture plan.
Is AI writing our code?
Engineers are. We read and write JS/TS, Python, PHP and C++ ourselves and debug by hand — AI is an industrial-grade tool applied under architecture-first discipline, TDD and code review. It makes the same scope take fewer hours; it does not replace judgment.
Can you take over an existing web product?
Yes — we audit first, put findings and a plan in writing, then stabilise: tests, CI/CD, observability, then features. If the takeover is a rescue, our Product Rescue service is the dedicated door.
How do you price?
First engagements are fixed-scope with a written number; ongoing development runs on a monthly model. You always see the plan and the price before committing, and everything produced is yours regardless.
How fast can we start?
Scoping starts within days of the first call. Development start depends on current commitments and is stated honestly in the written plan — a date, not a vibe.
Where is the team?
Senior and European — led from Ireland by the founder-CEO, with engineers across Europe. We work EU business hours with full US-morning overlap. Fluvius is a US company (Fluvius USA Inc, California), shipping since 2017.
