The brief

Turn relationship support from a luxury into a product: sell memberships for education programs and 1:1 sessions with experts, and keep members engaged long enough to build lasting habits.

What we built

A membership platform on Python / Django with a React + TypeScript (Redux Toolkit) front-end over PostgreSQL and MongoDB, integrated with Webflow — covering expert matching, 1:1 session booking, education programs and a confidential member community.

Key features
Memberships for education lessons and expert sessions

Methods drawn from top methodologies in the space
Confidential community of peers
The people behind it

A Caltech connection.

The platform was led by its CEO, Olga Batygin, who built the company alongside her work at Caltech. Over the course of the project we worked closely with Olga — and got to know her husband, Caltech professor and planetary astrophysicist Konstantin Batygin, known for the Planet Nine research and a guest on the Lex Fridman podcast.

Conversations with founders like these are one of the best parts of this work. The photo is from one of our meetings in Los Angeles.
