A country had to account for every inbound traveller: health documentation collected and checked before departure rather than in the queue at the border, monitored stays tracked after arrival, and the whole flow standing up at national scale. Requirements moved week to week as protocols changed, against a go-live date that could not.
We delivered a national platform: native applications on both public app stores and a government-grade backend behind them. Travellers uploaded health documents (PDF, JPEG, PNG) ahead of arrival for preliminary validation, so screening happened before the border rather than at it; those under monitoring reported daily, against a verified address, inside a geofenced movement restriction, with an optional paired wristband confirming the device was still present. Programme operators ran all of it from one dashboard.
Screens from the application a traveller actually used: the code that connected them to their record, the published outbreak figures, daily symptom reporting, the validated address for a monitored stay, the movement restriction drawn on a map, and the paired wristband that told operators the device was still online.
