  • Negotiating with existing and recruiting new partners;
  • Communicate with our partner companies and know more about the availability of candidates for work at our company;
  • Find out and negotiate mutually beneficial conditions of cooperation;
  • Propose to partner companies our off-work developers;
  • Regularly to request information about projects and clients from our partner companies that they do not want to perform, but they are ready to refer them to us (negotiate terms and conditions);
  • Refer to our partner companies, potential projects with which we will not work;
  • Look for a new partner companies, test them for professionalismь, agree terms and conditions for cooperation;
  • Maintain partner company database and communication history in Salesforce CRM;
  • Cooperate closely with our sales and recruitment teams.
